How to redeem your voucher?

We will then validate and lock the voucher in the RNFL system, we can then activate the voucher on our system, so you can use the voucher code in the discount code box at checkout, which will deduct the voucher amount from the order total.
The name and address details on your voucher must match the one on your order details - for either the billing or shipping field, and the order be placed via your account.
The voucher cannot be redeemed against swim nappies, nappy bags, mesh laundry bags, reusable wipes, sanitary pads or clothing.
The voucher is valid for one purchase only, if you do not spend the full voucher amount, any balance cannot be carried forward.
If you change your mind and decide to not order with LittleLamb, you will need to email both LittleLamb and RNFL to unlock and reactivate your voucher.
